The Following instructions are for those
using Microsoft Outlook 2007 .
Step 1. - Open Outlook
*NOTE* If you are setting up Outlook for the first time you may be prompted
for the Account Setup screen if this occurs skip to step 4.
Step 2.
Click on Tools, then the Account
Settings
option. *NOTE* if you don't see "Account Settings" click on the double
down arrows at the bottom of the menu.

Step 3.
When the Accounts Settings window
opens, select New from the Email tab.

Step 4.
On the Auto Account Setup screen do not fill in the fields for name,
email address and password. Click the "Manually configure server
settings...." option then click next.

Step 5.
Select Internet E-mail
and click next.

Step 6.
Set the POP3 & SMTP servers to mail.cfwebmasters.com also change the
Account Name to your e-mail address.

Step 7.
Click on the More Settings...
button.

Step 8.
Select the Outgoing
Server tab. Turn on the checkbox that says "My outgoing server
(SMTP) requires authentication" and click on the radio button that says
"Use same settings as my incoming mail server". Click OK

Step 7.
Click the Next button to return to the E-mail Accounts
Window. Click Finish then press Send & Receive.
This completes the setup.
