Setup instructions
Changing your settings to use the new mail server.

NOTE This only applies to users whose email address DOES NOT end in @cape-fear.net, capefear.net or cape-fear.com.

The Following instructions are for those using Microsoft Outlook Express.  If you are using Microsoft Outlook click here

Step 1.  - Send & Receive
Open Outlook Express and press Send and Receive - This process clears out all the mail from the old server before switching the account settings.

Step 2.
Click on Tools,  then the Accounts option

Step 3.
When the Internet Accounts window opens, click on the Mail tab, then select your account, then click on Properties.

Step 4.
When the Properties come up, click on the Servers Tab, then change the POP3 & SMTP servers to mail.cfwebmasters.com  also change the Account Name to your e-mail address.  Once you have made all the changes on this screen click OK.

Step 5.
Click on Close then press Send & Receive.  This completes the switch.
