How to read your Quarantine Report

1. Spam Type - This tells you the category of SPAM that was caught.  It is informational Only

2. Subject line - This is the subject line of the message that was quarantined.

3. From Address - The address which the message was sent from .

4. Date - This is the date/time on the message.

5. Size - This tells you in KB how large the message is.

6. Expiry - The Expiry is how long the message will remain in quarantine before being automatically deleted.  When the Expiry reaches 0, the message will be deleted automatically.

7. Release - By clicking on this link you will release the message.  Released messages should appear in your inbox within 5 minutes.  The message will keep the original date/time as seen on the Quarantine report.  If you have received mail since that date/time the newly released message will not appear at the top of your inbox, but with other messages with the same date/time.

8. Delete - This deletes the message from the quarantine.  Once the message is deleted there is no way to retrieve it.
